Painting on the floor...

It's been some time since I draw or painted anything, I've been quite busy with my new work and other type of projects. In the meantime, and to inspire me a bit, I'm posting a picture of a painting I did on my mother's cousins hallway floor. I quite like it - it makes me think about summer and the sea!

Soon ...

there will be a few postings here. I have done a few things mostly connected to Christmas and because of that I haven't been able to post anything. I will do that though, when the persons have received their gifts and cards. I've done a few EDMs to and they will be posted shortly to.

So adorable

I found this on Andrea Joseph's blog. It makes me want to do a children's book.

I was to supposed to do EDM # 90 - Draw something with wings. Instead it became a painting for my 2 year old cousin - Tilda. The text says "Welcome to Tilda".

I'm working a lot at the moment and haven't really had time for any drawing. Hopefully I won't be home to late from work tomorrow so I will have some time to be creative... Seen some wonderful work on other art blogs though.. so inspiring!

EDM Challenge # 1 and # 89

Just practice not at all perfect... I not happy about the way my shoe turned out, but one of this blog is that I should produce more not better (but hopefully better too...)
Yesterday (during Desperate Housewives, my no TV isn't going to well...) I draw EDM # 89 - Draw a button. It's the button from my new jeans. A quite pretty one I think (the button I mean).

EDM Challenge # 88

Draw something breezy - something that blows in the wind....

I decided to draw one of my sweet peas from the balcony - it certainly blows in the wind, since our flat lies on the top floor. I happy that I finally draw one they've blossomed since july and there are just a few left. Incredible to be Sweden...I'm a bit troubled by the way the pictures turn out on the blog.. Any suggestions how to make the resolution better?
